Your pre-purchase document package, either a Resale Certificate or a Public Offering Statement, will contain information about the unit you are purchasing, the financial position of the Association, and a reserve study to tell you what major projects may be required while you live in the community. RESALE CERTIFICATE REVIEW

Our personal, interactive video conference helps you understand exactly what these documents are, how they relate to each other, and what to focus on prior to purchasing.

You can ask questions, get clarification on specific points or documents, and gain insight about how the property you are considering may compare to others.

COST: $400 (additional charge may apply if property has multiple Associations/document packages)


PUBLIC OFFERING STATEMENT REVIEW

Public Offering Statements contain information about the new common interest community. Our review focuses on understanding the governing documents, what risk may exist with the new construction, and how to preserve your resale value.

HOURLY CONSULTING

60 minute sessions can be booked for personal consultation, Board meetings, or special projects.

EDUCATION
